Adam Carolla at Spreckels Theatre – May 5

Comedy star Adam Carolla and broadcaster Dennis Prager take the stage at Spreckels to discuss important issues of our generation: terrorism, social programs and pizza toppings. The evening will feature both comedy and thought-provoking conversation, discussing and debating a variety of questions fielded from the audience. No topic is off limits for the evening.

How you know him: Carolla’s been down a winding route in show business, from his days on Loveline with Dr. Drew, co-host of The Man Show with Jimmy Kimmel, to acting in films and working on a variety of TV projects. The show at Spreckels Theater is one night, at 8pm. Get details at


Russell Peters at Pechanga Casino – June 9

Russell Peters will perform two shows on one night, as part of his “Notorious” World Tour. The Canadian comedian, actor and disc jockey is renowned for his quick wit and amusing characters which launched him to international stardom.

Tim Meadows at The American Comedy Co. – June 14-16

Funny man Tim Meadows will grace San Diego with his comedy act June 14-16th at the American Comedy Co. As one of the longest-running cast members in the 33-year history of Saturday Night Live, Meadows is a force to be reckoned with—arguably one of the most in-demand acts.

How you know him: He’s appeared in several films based on his SNL sketches, including Coneheads andWayne’s World 2. He’s also been in Mean GirlsBenchwarmers and the classic Ladies Man. He’ll be performing three days for five separate shows. Get details at


Kevin Hart at Viejas Arena – June 15

Kevin Hart heads to San Diego’s Viejas Arena at SDSU on Friday, June 15th. Hart’s feature film version of his comedy tour “Laugh at My Pain” grossed over $7 million. Now, he’s on the road again with a new tour “Let Me Explain.” The tour will take him to 90 cities in the U.S. and abroad to Europe and Africa.

Pauly Shore at The Comedy Store – June 15-16

Pauly Shore headlines at The Comedy Store for two nights and four performances. Shore’s talent rose in the early 90’s. It was his mother and father who opened The Comedy Store on Hollywood’ Sunset Strip, giving him the opportunity to learn from rising talents like Robin Williams and David Letterman.

Kevin Nealon at The American Comedy Co. – June 22-23

Just a week after former SNL cast mate Tim Meadows takes the stage, Kevin Nealon will get audiences laughing at The American Comedy Co. from June 22-23rd.
